the good, the bad, and the kitty

Bienvenidos a la tres semana!  (It’s been a while since I’ve had Spanish, but I trust Meg will correct me if that was gramatically incorrect.)

This week was kind of busy – considering a week for me usually consists of one night of raptor feeding plus six nights of sitting at home watching “Twin Peaks” on DVD.  I had my monthly meeting of the Iowa Grotto caving group on Wednesday, a birthday party / live rockin’ show to attend on Friday at the Picador, and an old friend to visit with on Saturday – plus catching up with other friends (and their dogs) and suffering from the coldest weather we’ve seen in Iowa so far this winter.
